The property benefits from a first floor fully fitted spacious kitchen/dining room with oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine, which is located just off this room in one of the two courtyard terraces. All usual utensils required for meal preparation are also provided. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pretty walkway which leads to the village Plaza.

The cosy lounge is also on the first floor and is fitted with a pellet stove for use in winter months and airconditioning for use in summer months. There is also a flat screen TV with a number of British channels, DVD player with numerous DVDs and a hi fi system. A further Juliet balcony as per the kitchen/dining room.

The first floor also has a WC with window overlooking the private stairway courtyard.

At second floor level there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom, all with wall mounted heaters (not air con).

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, double wardrobe, dressing table and sofa. 

The roof terrace is accessed from this room via outside steps. 

The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside cabinet and double wardrobe. As with the lounge and kitchen/dining room there is a Juliet balcony overlooking the pretty walkway which leads to the Plaza.

Casa Maria is ideally situated for walkers, cavers, cyclists, nature lovers, birdwatchers and those wishing to experience authentic Spain.

The main bathroom has a wonderful shower. There is a window overlooking the private stairway courtyard.

As mentioned earlier there is a fantastic roof terrace accessed from the master bedroom. The terrace offers spectacular uninterrupted views across the village and the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Whether you want to view the beautiful scenery, bask in the sun or dine al fresco you will be spoilt for choice.

The property is situated in a pedestrian area, on an incline. Access to the property can be made from Plaza de la Constitucion by either using steep steps accessed from Calle Manuel Ortega from Calle Consejo which is on an incline. 

Free on-street parking is available in the side streets a few minutes walk from the house. Due to these factors the property is not recommended for anyone with walking/mobility issues.

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared for all new guests.
